UPDATE – 23.03.2020
We are monitoring information from the relevant authorities about the coronavirus pandemic and we are acting and planning appropriately.
The safety and well being of our clients, staff and the communities in which we operate is our number one priority.
We are working hard to make sure any disruption for our clients is kept to a minimum.
Our offices and meetings
You can continue to contact us as normal. Landline telephones may be re-directed in the event of a temporary office closure, your call will be connected as quickly as possible and we will put plans in place to manage our postal deliveries. However, it would greatly assist during this period if you would communicate with us by email or telephone where possible.
We currently advise our clients to “meet” with us remotely where possible, using telephone conference calls, or to conduct business digitally.
If you are due to visit one of our offices or feel you need to, please ask us if there is an alternative. In some areas of work, a face to face meeting may be necessary. Where this is the case, the firm has procedures in place to minimise the risk of infection. If an appointment is necessary, our procedures will be discussed with you in advance of any meeting.
Please also check the latest Government advice on coronavirus and self-isolation.
Deadlines and Court Dates
We will work with you to identify any upcoming deadlines and Court dates and again, we will do all we can to minimise any disruption to you.
The Courts are also starting new ways of working, increasing the use of technology and offering remote hearings in some cases.
